TERMS AND SHOPPINGGUIDE T E R M S Mentioned sales- and deliveryterms are in force for all mailorder-deliveries from 417 ARMYVARER. The terms are in force when no other signed agreements have been made between you as buyer and 417 ARMYVARER. Generell terms. All goods are new/unused unless others is mentioned. Proviso for price and dutychanges, changes in goodsspecification, misprint and sold out goods. For sale out of Denmark: It is the buyers responsibility to take care of that the ordered items leagally can be imported to the country, to wich the buyer wisches toe goods sent. It is the buyers responsibility to check up on if duty has to be paid for the goods by import in the country as well as the buyer pays the eventual duty. It is the buyers responsibility to take care of eventual nessecary permissions. In case of dispute, theese will be settled under Danisch law. Any goods is first consideret as sold, when we have registred the payment. Therfore DO REMEMBER to transfere the payment, when you have placed the ordre. In case we have not registred the payment within 3 days from recieving the order, the order will be cancelled. To make mailorder at 417 ARMYVARER one must be at least 18 years and personally of age. At a few items it is said, that this item is not to be send, but must be picked up, because mailservices do not bring the item due to weight or size. The weight mentioned at each item includes freightpacking. Maximum packageweight and volume for packages to Denmark is 20 kg, size max length 120 cm and length + circumference = 300 cm. For packages max length 150 cm and length + circumference = 300 cm you must order article 0001 in addition. Maximum packageweight and volume for packages to foreign countries is 20 kg, max length 120 cm and length + circum50 cm x 50 cm x 100 cm. Is the packageweight higher than this, You must make more orders, as the Mailcompany otherwise not will carry the package. Is the package not picked up from the mailhouse and therfore sent back to us, a returnfee will be charged. If buyer is a company must the VAT reg. No. be written at the order in the blank "VAT reg.No". Otherwise the package will be sent as a private parcel. Deliverytime and transport Delivery of goods from 417 ARMYVARER is consideret done, when the customer has had the item handed over. Transportation of goods will be carried by PostDanmark. Expeditiontime for orders will normally be 1 day. When we send your package, you will also recieve an E-mail with the packagenumber, wich can be followed at www.postdanmark.dk. Complains over any visible damages of the package must be claimed to the Mailman immediately at the delivery. Claims & Right to regret. 14 days of the right to exchange and return is given as well as 2 years of the right to make claims for goods bought per mailorder at 417 ARMYVARER, Mercurvej 2, 8983 Gjerlev J, Denmark, where the article must be send. The customer pays the costs by returning and exchanging. If any article is wished exchanged to another article or other size/colour: please send an E-mail to mail@417.dk with a message of wich items is wished instead of the returned one, and of wich ordernumber it is concerned. Return-freightcosts for packages up to 5 kg is DKK 296 from EU countries outside Denmark, for Denmark DKK 90, Countires outside EU DKK 546. PLEASE REMBER TO WRITE YOUR ORDERNUMBER AT BOTH PACKAGES AND RETURNFREIGHT-PAYMENTS! At packages from countries outside EU please write "Return package". Otherwise both custom and customclearancefee will be charged. Is an item not as expected and the payment for the item is wished returned: please send an E-mail to mail@417.dk with your ordernumber, name, address and bankaccountnumber, and we will return the price for the returned goods. Eventual defects and lacks in the delivery from 417 ARMYVARER must be allerged within reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/lack. It is your duty to state and at request to show how the defect or lack shows. If you discover a lack, you must quickly address 417 ARMYVARER. You can as basis only make complaints for defects, shown at the latest 2 years after you have had the item delivered. Price and payment. Minimumsale per mailorder is 30 EUR incl. VAT excl. freightcosts. (1 EUR = 7,4 DKK). Maximum totalprice for goods + freightcosts is 406 EURO. If you wish to buy more, you must make more orders or choose prepayment in bank. All shown prices are in EURO incl. VAT excl. freight. Paymentmethod International Creditcards: Eurocard/Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB. Paymentfee is 3,75% of the total sale. Dankort/Visa-Dankort - paymentfee 0,2 Euro + 0,1% of the total sale. The total amount for goods and freight paid with International Creditcards cannot pass 406 EURO. If you would like to order more, you will have to make more orders. By payment with International Creditcards the SSL is used, wich is a securityprotocole. SSL secures, that data is cryptated in the communication between cardholder, PBS and the company. That means, that intruders not are able to pick up information during the transaction. We use a hosted solution. At payment by banktransfere buyer must pay the transferecosts of the transfering bank + 40 DKK wich automatically are charged. Handling of personal information To be able to deliver your order we need your name and postaddress. To be able to send you an orderconfirmation we need your E-mail address. These informations are not given or sold to thirdperson. They will be used in our marketing for you if you have accepted it.
